CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
We understand that circumstances can arise that prevent a participant from attending. To ensure fairness to other participants, the following cancellation and refund policy will apply:
- Courses are not transferable
- If a course is cancelled by us for any reason, you will be notified and receive a full refund
- Cancellations made 6 weeks or less from training date – 25% of fees paid
- Cancellations 4 weeks or less from the training date – 50% of fees paid
- Cancellations 2 weeks or less from the training date – 75% of fees paid
- Cancellations 7 days or less from the training date – Full fees forfeited
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for any refunds to be processed
- Any variance to these terms will be on a case-by case basis.

NO-SHOW, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE:
- Students who do not advise prior, and who do not attend will forfeit the right for a refund unless they can provide a medical certificate or other proof of inability to travel
- Extenuating circumstances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, however a minimum of 50% of fee will be applied.
DISCOUNT VOUCHER:
- The discount voucher is only valid on the day of your course, and can only be applied to purchases made on the day
- No rainchecks or backorders.
TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION
- All travel and accommodation is the student’s responsibility to arrange
- Students can make no claim for travel and accommodation costs in relation to any course cancellation or inability to attend
