GnG Sales will only collect your personal information where and when it relates to the provision of services to you and the performance of our business activities. At no time will your personal information be disclosed to another company for that company’s independent use.
Whenever GnG Sales collects personal information directly from you or through a third party we will make every reasonable attempt at the time to inform you:
- why we are collecting your information
- to whom we will disclose that information
- of the purpose(s) for which we intend to use that information
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
- Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
- Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!

In general, the primary purposes for which we collect your personal information include:

Should GnG Sales decline your request, we will provide you with reasons for that denial.

Only staff that have a need to access your personal information to perform their job will have access to that information, and the type of information they can access includes:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
Disposal of Your Information
Personal information held by us will be destroyed or permanently de-identified when it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.
